Dems ready to roll over on Alito nomination
feck·less: adj. Lacking purpose or vitality; feeble or ineffective.
Samuel Alito is headed to the Supreme Court after Senate Democrats failed to offer any compelling reason he should not be confirmed. They did make his wife cry, though.
Senior Democratic aides say that a filibuster is "unlikely". Too bad, I was really looking forward to that.
